How women leaders are set to soar in a post-pandemic world

During the Covid-19 crisis, we heard a lot about women leaders doing a better job and there’s new research to back that up. A UK study earlier this year showed that COVID-outcomes were systematically better in countries led by women. From Iceland to Taiwan and from Germany to New Zealand, women are showing the world that they have what it takes to step up and respond quickly and efficiently to crisis, yes even an unexpected one! Yet, why are women still being disadvantaged? What can employers do to support women in the workplace? How can we push for real change?
